Whether it’s helping organizations hire and train product managers, co-creating a principles-first approach to Agile transformation, or working with my partners at Sudden Compass to bring decision-makers closer to customer data, my mission is clear: improve the way that people and organizations work through clear communication and customer-first collaboration.

Over the last ten years, I have worked on product leadership teams at growth-stage startups, consulted with seed-stage startups as they begin to build out their product teams, and led digital transformation and data strategy workshops for cross-functional groups at Fortune 50 companies in the CPG, finance and banking industries. Through this work, I have come to believe that positive change is possible for every organization.
