Over the last 15 years, I’ve worked globally with companies ranging from startups to Fortune 500 enterprises, and have yet to find one that couldn’t use some help maximizing the impact of their product managers, teams, and organizations.

I love doing this work, and I take pride in doing it in a way that is focused on relationships and results. I don’t make a lot of PowerPoint decks or use a lot of heavy frameworks. I’m not looking to build a massive consultancy at scale. When you work with me, you’re working with me.

Product Team Coaching
Helping product teams maximize impact and minimize busywork is one of the great joys of my professional life. As we discussed in Chapter 1, every product team has the potential to break the Low-impact Death Spiral. But they are far more likely to unlock this potential with some expert help and guidance.

Product Leadership Consulting and Advising
Strong product leadership can be a powerful catalyst for developing and nurturing impact-first teams. I love working with product leaders to co-create an impact-first approach to managing, inspiring, evaluating, and incentivizing their teams.

Goal Setting and Alignment Sessions
Setting and aligning team- and company-level goals does not need to be an onerous or exhausting process. And it certainly does not need to be a yearly or quarterly exercise that the organization slogs through only to return to business as usual. Show me your team- and company-level goals; I’ll show you how to make them clearer and more impactful.

Workshops and Training
I offer a variety of half-day, one-day, and multi-day workshops and training programs to introduce the concepts in this book to product teams and organizations who want to put impact first. These workshops can be customized to suit the particular needs, goals, and scale of your organization.
